History
Geo H. Hollier was a school trustee and Chairman of the Building Committee for the 1912 rebuild of Rolph Street Public School. He played an instrumental role for the project and was the master of ceremonies for the cornerstone laying in 1912. The cornerstone is still part of the building's structure today. Hollier's son, Gordon Hollier was a student at the school and later attended the school's 75th anniversary.
