Located on the lower-level, this suite is stunning, with natural light windows, granite counter-tops, custom trim, exposed brick, and brand new hardwood floors.
This suite is named after Bert Newman who was a student at both the old school and the 1912 rebuilt school at Rolph Street. He attended the 75th anniversary celebration where he recalled the differences between the two buildings: "There were drinking fountains in the new building in addition to electric lights so the student body could study when it became dark and there were flush toilets. And boy did we have a lot of fun flushing those toilets whether we needed them or not."
