The Process
Four steps, one email

Complete the rental application
The standard Ontario rental application (OREA Form 410). Download it, fill it in, and save or scan it as a PDF.

Sign the credit check consent
As part of the application we do a credit verification. Please sign the consent form online — it takes about a minute.
03
Gather proof of income
An employment letter or your two most recent paystubs. Self-employed? A notice of assessment works too.

Email it to us
Send the completed application and proof of income to super@oxfordestates.ca. We review applications in the order they arrive and reply within two business days.
