One of the things residents love most: The Oxford Estates keeps a fully furnished studio suite — the Leigh, Unit 109 — reserved for residents' guests, rented by the day. Your daughter flies in for the weekend, your grandkids come for the holidays, and instead of a highway motel they sleep down the hall.
Natural light, granite counter-tops, exposed brick, designer bathroom, kitchenette — the same finish as every suite in the building, at 342 sq.ft.

Why “Leigh”?
This suite is named for Leigh. He was the contractor for the brick used to construct the 1870 school. Being of early 20th century design, the building features several characteristics that deem it, architecturally, a heritage building. This includes the bright red bricks, original dormers and window sills, original stonework with keystones above four main entrances, the original red brick chimneys, and tin ceilings. All of these characteristics, in addition to the original hardwood floors, remain preserved in the building to this day.
